Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 34 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 16 ounces Cool Whip
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Mix sugar, baking powder and sale then add to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the vanilla, pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
- Heavily butter a pie pan and spoon mix into it.
- Make sure to leave a depression in the middle.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool then fill with Cool Whip and serve.
