Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • 14 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 34 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip

Method

  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Mix sugar, baking powder and sale then add to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in the vanilla, pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Heavily butter a pie pan and spoon mix into it.
  • Make sure to leave a depression in the middle.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool then fill with Cool Whip and serve.
