  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 3 (14.5 oz.) cans Contadina Recipe Ready tomatoes
  • 2 (40 oz.) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can no salt tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red cayenne pepper
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice nonfat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • white rice
