Ingredients
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
