Ingredients
- 1 12 cups low-fat plain kefir ((yogurt drink) *I use raspberry kefir)
- 12 cup grape juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 banana
- 78 cup frozen blackberrie
- 78 cup frozen strawberries
- 78 cup frozen raspberries
Method
- Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana in a blender.
- Add the berries and blend until smooth.
- Strain or put through sieve {note: I don't strain}.
- I eliminate the blackberries
