Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cauliflower, Small To Medium In Size
  • 1 whole Large Egg
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas And Carrots
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce

Method

  • Wash and shred the cauliflower. Cook the shredded cauliflower in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Add oil to a skillet, and add the cauliflower. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often. Then add peas and carrots (you can add them frozen straight from the freezer).
  • Mix an egg in a bowl. Make a well inside the cauliflower mixture, and add the egg. Stir all together and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce.
  • You can also add grilled chicken to this, or tofu.
