Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet (cut sausage in small pieces). Add chopped onion.
- When onion is tender, add rice, salt and pepper.
- Stir well and serve while hot. Serves 12.
