- 1 fryer (3 to 4 lb.)
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner
- 1 onion, chopped (medium)
- 1 sweet green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Stew and skin chicken and dice.
- Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
- Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
- Salt to taste.
- Mix mushroom soup and chicken broth with flour.
- Mix all together and pour in large casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
