Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 large carrots, grated
- 1 (5 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Mix with pepper, onion and carrots. Combine milk, vinegar and mayonnaise.
- Pour over mixture and let sit overnight without stirring.
- Mix well before serving.
- Serves 16.
