Ingredients
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup garlic (minced)
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Method
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Add garlic.
- Saute until just pale gold, about 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Season.
- Use on ANYTHING!
