- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb. ground sausage, cook and drain
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Method
- Cook and drain vegetables.
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Combine vegetables, sausage, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and mushroom soup.
- Put in a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Top with whole tomatoes and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle with onion rings.
