Ingredients
- 1 c. hush-puppy mix
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. water
- 6 hotdog wieners
- some sort of stick or kabob
Method
- Mix well.
- Place sticks in the ends of 6 hotdog wieners. Drop into hot deep fat (350°).
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot with mustard or ketchup.
