Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 cans or 2 1/2 cups chicken broth GF
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded cheddar. Cheese
- Broccoli. 2-3 cups
- Ham 2 cups diced
Method
- Pierce potatoes and microwave on high 5minutes
- Cut cooked potatoes into chunks
- In large sauce pan add potatoes, broth, milk
- Bring to boil
- Add ham and broccoli and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook for 5 minutes
