Ingredients
- 1 lb. vermicelli
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Cook vermicelli; drain and rinse.
- Add onion soup mix, oil and soy sauce.
- Mix until onion soup mix is dissolved.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Serve hot.
