Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. clam juice
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- black pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. canned minced clams
Method
- In a saucepan, heat oil.
- Add garlic and onion.
- Cook until tender over moderate heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add clam juice and stir until thickened.
