Ingredients

  • 4-8 Center cut pork loin chops
  • 1 jar of red salsa
  • 2 cans of green chilies
  • 1-2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup of water
  • Prepared white rice
  • Sour cream

Method

  • Cook pork chops in a pan just until done and remove from heat. Chop into bite sized pieces. Combine salsa, pork, and green chilies in a pan and heat to boiling. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to chili to thicken.
  • Serve over white rice and top with a little sour cream. Also good without the rice as a soup!
