Ingredients

  • 1 regular size can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 12 oz. carton Cool Whip or equivalent
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Method

  • Bring pineapple and juice to a boil.
  • Remove from fire and add the jello and mix until thoroughly dissolved.
  • Cool until it starts to set.
  • Then add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
  • Stir until thoroughly mixed. Put into a 9 x 11-inch pan and refrigerate.
  • Can use other flavors of jello if desired.
