Ingredients
- 1 regular size can crushed pineapple
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 12 oz. carton Cool Whip or equivalent
- 2 c. buttermilk
Method
- Bring pineapple and juice to a boil.
- Remove from fire and add the jello and mix until thoroughly dissolved.
- Cool until it starts to set.
- Then add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
- Stir until thoroughly mixed. Put into a 9 x 11-inch pan and refrigerate.
- Can use other flavors of jello if desired.
