Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons light butter
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 12 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 12 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in the onions and cook, stirring regularly, until the onions are light brown and have caramelized.
