Ingredients
- 3 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in own juice
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, prepared as directed on pkg.
- 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. half and half
Method
- Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish half of mushrooms with juice, half of stuffing and half of cheese.
- Repeat layers. Pour half and half over top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
