Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Mix flour, oleo and confectioners sugar together with a fork or a pastry blender until crumbly.
  • Press into a greased and floured 9

  • Bake
