Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mix flour, oleo and confectioners sugar together with a fork or a pastry blender until crumbly.
- Press into a greased and floured 9
- 13-inch
- cake
- pan.
- Bake
- for 20 minutes at 350°. Beat
- eggs, sugar and lemon juice together with a mixer until well blended.
- Pour

- layer and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
- Cool

- 5 to 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut while still hot.
