Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lemon, grated with rind and juice
Method
- Add flour to sugar.
- Pour in juice and rind of lemon.
- Beat egg yolks and add with milk to lemon mixture.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake in lightly greased casserole with pan of water.
- Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
- Watch carefully for when it is brown and the pudding is set.
- Serve plain or with whipped cream.
