Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Mix and press in long baking dish the flour, nuts, sugar, oleo and salt.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
  • Cool.
  • Mix and spread over crust the powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
  • Mix and spread over mixture the lemon pudding and milk.
  • Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
