Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, softened margarine and pecans.
- Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Beat pudding and milk.
- Pour over cream filling. Spread with rest of Cool Whip.
- Cool 2 hours.
