Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade, thawed
- vanilla wafer crumbs
Method
- Place
- vanilla wafer
- crumbs
- in
- bottom of container. Stir lemonade
- into ice cream and mix well.
- Quickly spoon ice cream mixture on top of crumbs.
- Sprinkle additional crumbs on top. Cover
- and refrigerate.
- (Texture of cream will change.) Various shapes
- and sizes of containers may use used.
- Makes 2 pies.
- One (9-inch) square will make thick servings.
