Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade, thawed
  • vanilla wafer crumbs

Method

  • Place
  • vanilla wafer
  • crumbs
  • in
  • bottom of container. Stir lemonade
  • into ice cream and mix well.
  • Quickly spoon ice cream mixture on top of crumbs.
  • Sprinkle additional crumbs on top. Cover
  • and refrigerate.
  • (Texture of cream will change.) Various shapes
  • and sizes of containers may use used.
  • Makes 2 pies.
  • One (9-inch) square will make thick servings.
