Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
Method
- Dissolve lemon jello, sugar and salt in boiling water.
- Add lemon juice.
- Chill until thick, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Chill evaporated milk (overnight, if possible).
- Chill bowls and beaters.
