Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- dash of pepper
Method
- In bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange chicken in baking pan and pour over the lemon and oil mixture. Cover and bake until tender.
- Baste occasionally.
- Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer to allow chicken to brown.
