Ingredients
- 3 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- Mix all together and form into a ball.
- Divide in portions the size you will need to roll out for the lefsa grill.
- Roll out on floured board or tabletop to be very thin.
- Bake on both sides on lefsa grill.
- Cover with cloth to keep moist.
- To store in freezer, wrap in waxed paper and put in plastic bag.
