Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semolina fine
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon rose water optional
  • cream Fresh
  • 1 cup milk dried
  • 1 cup water and half
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rose water optional
  • honey for garnish or crushed pistachio

Method

  • Add milk and semolina to a medium pot.
  • put it on the stove on medium heat, and keep stirring until it boils and becomes thick needs around 20 minutes.
  • Pour it into the desired plate, and put it in the refrigerator for couple of hours.
  • Now in a small pot add corn starch, dried milk, ,water, sugar, and rose water.
  • Keep stirring the mixture until it thickens. needs almost 10 minutes
  • Leave it until its completely cold, then spread all over the semolina pudding.
  • Now garnish with crushed pistachio, or other nuts, and add a drizzle of honey.
