Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 can shredded coconut
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 sticks margarine, sliced
Method
- Spray a 13-inch oblong cake pan with Pam.
- Layer ingredients in order.
- Make sure margarine is spaced over the top pretty evenly.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- This is fast and good served with ice cream while warm if possible.
- I get better results if I spread layers rather than just dumping in ingredients.
