Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, crushed
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 12 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 12 lb lasagna noodle
  • 1 pint ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

  • Brown beef, add onion, garlic and oregano.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until onion is done.
  • Add soup, wine, and vinegar.
  • Simmer 30 minuites.
  • Stir now and then.
  • Cook noodles according to the package.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, put a small amount of sauce in the bottom.
  • Arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and noodles.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
