- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. ground parsley
- 1 round of Mozzarella cheese
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Italian sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) container Parmesan cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles
Method
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Add Italian sauce; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
- Cook noodles and drain.
