Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 lb. lasagna noodles

Method

  • Brown ground beef, add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and garlic salt.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs and parsley.
  • Cook noodles as package directs.
  • Layer noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and 1/2 meat sauce; repeat layers.
  • Bake at 350°
  • for 35 minutes.
  • Can be made ahead and later baked.
