- 2 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 lb. lasagna noodles
Method
- Brown ground beef, add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and garlic salt.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs and parsley.
- Cook noodles as package directs.
- Layer noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and 1/2 meat sauce; repeat layers.
- Bake at 350°
- for 35 minutes.
- Can be made ahead and later baked.
