Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Pour margarine over oatmeal in mixing bowl.
- Sift dry ingredients and mix with oatmeal.
- Beat egg and add.
- Add vanilla, blending into mixture.
- Add pecans.
- Cover cookie sheet with foil and drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls.
- Bake at 325° for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool before removing from foil.
