Ingredients
- 2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, medium chopped
- 1/3 lb. oleo
- 1/2 gal. tomatoes
- 1/2 gal. water
- 10 tsp. salt
- 10 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 lb. long grain rice
Method
- Combine water, chopped pepper, onions, let simmer until tender.
- Put rice let simmer not boil until rice is tender.
- Add other ingredients (large amount).
