Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into four balls and flatten into patties.
- Broil, grill or pan-fry until done.
