Ingredients
- 1 lb. kielbasi
- 1 small jar apricot or peach preserves
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Method
- Slice kielbasi and fry slightly to get the grease out.
- Mix preserves, ginger, lemon juice and mustard.
- Add kielbasi; microwave or put in crock-pot and heat.
- Serve warm.
