Ingredients
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. whole pecans
Method
- Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla.
- Mix well. Add eggs.
- pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; turn to 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
