Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast cubed and browned
- 1 bag of corn chips
- 2 small cans diced green peppers
- 1 pound pepper Jack Cheese - grated
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
- Preheat oven 400°.
- In frying pan brown cubed chicken, add seasoning salt and 1/4 cup water turn down burner to low and cover.
- In large mixing bowl combine soup, milk and green peppers. When chicken is done add to soup mixture.
- Line a 9 X 13 greased pan with layer of corn chips.
- Then spoon on soup and chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese (about 1/3 of a pound).
- Repeat. Then cover with a layer of chips and the rest of the cheese.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
