Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. cream-filled chocolate cookies (Oreos)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (4-serving) boxes vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Crush cookies and spread one half of crumbs evenly in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  • Mix cream cheese and butter together with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Mix in confectioners sugar.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together pudding mix, milk, and vanilla.
  • Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture and pour into pan over cookie crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top.
  • Refrigerate before serving.
