- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. cream-filled chocolate cookies (Oreos)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (4-serving) boxes vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Crush cookies and spread one half of crumbs evenly in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Mix cream cheese and butter together with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Mix in confectioners sugar.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pudding mix, milk, and vanilla.
- Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture and pour into pan over cookie crumbs.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top.
- Refrigerate before serving.
