Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 34 cup light corn syrup
  • 12 cup tomato paste
  • 12 cup white vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons molasses
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon onion powder
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 18 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat and whisk until smooth.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes or until thick, STIRRING OFTEN.
  • Remopve from heat and bring to room temp, place in a sterile jar with a lid and let stand overnight in the fridge before using.
  • Will keep up to 1 month.
