- 2 cups water
- 34 cup light corn syrup
- 12 cup tomato paste
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 3 teaspoons molasses
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat and whisk until smooth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes or until thick, STIRRING OFTEN.
- Remopve from heat and bring to room temp, place in a sterile jar with a lid and let stand overnight in the fridge before using.
- Will keep up to 1 month.
