Ingredients
- 1 lb. flaked coconut
- 3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/2 lb. paraffin (for canning or cooking)
Method
- Mix coconut, nuts and milk together in a large bowl.
- Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Shape into small balls.
- Melt chocolate bits and paraffin in double boiler.
- (Can melt chocolate in the microwave on defrost setting.)
- Dip balls in melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
