Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1/2 cups Crisco
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 whole Egg Yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1-1/2 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Coconut, Shredded
  • 1 cup Chocolate, Chopped Or Chips
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda

Method

  • Cream butter, shortening and sugars. Add whole egg, yolks and salt, mix well. Add oats, coconut, chocolate, flour and baking soda. Mix well to incorporate flour and soda.
  • Drop cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet using a 1-ounce cookie scoop. Bake for 14 minutes at 375°F.
