Ingredients
- 16oz Green Beans (fresh, frozen or canned; do not drain)
- 6-8oz Salmon Fillet (cooked and flaked)
- 1/4 White Onion; Large (cube and peel to layers)
- 1Tbsp Corriander Seed (crushed)
- 1Tbsp Dillweed (Crowns)
- 1Cup White Vinegar
- 1 Cucumber (Peel and Chunk or Slice)
- 1Cup Cold Water
- Combine all.
Method
- Be sure to add 1 cup cold water.
- Do not drain or strain the bean juice...If steaming fresh green beans keep 1cup reserve.
