Ingredients
- chicken pieces (to fill top of a casserole)
- Minute rice
- bit of salt
- 1 jar stuffed olives
Method
- Brown chicken pieces on outside and drain.
- Pour off all possible grease and add water for rice into chicken crumbs in skillet.
- In a casserole large enough to lay chicken on top of rice, place amount of Minute rice for number of servings and add boiling water from skillet in the same amount.
- Let stand, covered, a bit.
- Lay browned chicken on top and cover.
- Place in 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
