Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 1/4 c. sliced radishes
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 to 10 bacon slices, fried and crumbled
  • 1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, prepared

Method

  • Layer lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces, celery, green pepper, onions, radishes and peas in a large glass salad bowl. Spread with mayonnaise and top with sliced egg, bacon and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
  • Toss before serving.
