Ingredients
- 12 oz. can frozen apple juice
- 12 oz. can frozen white grape juice
- 8 oz. white vinegar
- 6 oz. honey
- 6 (12 oz.) cans water
Method
- Mix in a gallon jug.
- Drain 2 ounces in morning and drink 2 ounces at night.
- Lowers cholesterol.
- Lowers blood pressure.
- Is the equivalent of jogging three miles every day.
