Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn with juice
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 4 oz sour cream
Method
- Melt the butter, mix in sour cream and muffin mix. Stir in the two cans of corn. Pour into a greased 9 x9 casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
