Ingredients
- 1 large can fruit of your choice
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Drain fruit (save juice).
- Melt butter in a baking dish; add flour, sugar, milk and fruit and mix thoroughly.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pour juice over cobbler.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
- Suitable to freeze.
