Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Method

  • In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Once mixed add lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika and basil. Mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
  • While sauce chills mix cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and dry mustard together and rub over salmon. Preheat grill. Put salmon on grill, skin side down and grill for 8-10 minutes depending upon thickness of fillets.
  • Remove from grill, let sit 5 minutes. Serve with secret sauce.
