- 3/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Method
- In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Once mixed add lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika and basil. Mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
- While sauce chills mix cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and dry mustard together and rub over salmon. Preheat grill. Put salmon on grill, skin side down and grill for 8-10 minutes depending upon thickness of fillets.
- Remove from grill, let sit 5 minutes. Serve with secret sauce.
