- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Method
- Cut tenderloin(s) in half.
- Blend remaining ingredients together.
- Marinate pork in mixture for 10 minutes.
- Grill or broil for 10 to 12 minutes, turning when needed.
- Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
- Serves 4.
