Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 3/4 lb. or 2 c. chopped ham
  • 6 (1/4 lb.) sausage links
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 3 c. cooked rice

Method

  • Combine and saute the first three ingredients and set aside. Combine the fourth and fifth ingredients and saute, then set aside.
  • Combine final ingredients until thick.
  • Mix all ingredients together and heat thoroughly.
  • Cook rice and mix with other ingredients.
